The Third Level Computing Forum is a group composed of Heads of Computing of the Universities and the Institutes of Technology and representatives from the wide range of organisations with which they inter-act.  These organisations include IBM, Microsoft, Google, HP, SAP, Accenture, Intel, Xilinx, Silicon Republic, Dell/EMC, Three, Facebook, Amazon, CPL, CIO Ireland, CEPIS, IBEC, Enterprise Ireland, IDA, Technology Ireland, DES, DBEI, ISACA, ICS, Engineers Ireland, NCCA, Lero, HEA, SFI, CSE, BICC and IGC.  Some of these representatives attend occasionally, others have been guest speakers and some attend virtually every meeting.  It is unusual, possibly unique, among the professions to have a comprehensive group of this type meeting on a regular basis.
